EXISTING LOGOS
If your logo has already been designed by a graphic artist, please provide us with the digital file (.eps format). We will modify it as necessary for screenprinting or embroidery.
ART PROOFS
We'll send at least one electronic proof for your approval before we run a job. In some cases, we send out more than one proof. For example, the original art we sent the dance company above had a camel with two humps. The customer approved the art, but with ...er, "one" change...
"One of my troupe members just pointed out that the Sahara camels only have one hump and the ones from China have 2. If you had a one hump camel available that would be even better but if not this one is fine."
Who knew?
We quickly made the change, and the customer got her beautiful shirts--just the way she wanted them!
